Discovery & Technical Audit

We begin every engagement by understanding your current system, constraints, and goals — not by pitching solutions. The first two weeks are about asking the right questions: where are the load hotspots, what has been tried before, and what does success actually look like in production.

Architecture Design

Before we write code, we produce a technical design document: data flows, component boundaries, failure modes, and scaling strategy. You approve the blueprint before we build anything. No surprises halfway through an engagement.

Iterative Engineering

We work in tight cycles — shipping internal milestones weekly, with a shared progress view updated in real time. You see exactly what was built, what's next, and what decisions were made. Engineering should be legible, not opaque.

Integration & Hardening

The challenge

Field foremen were manually measuring insulation runs, writing down specs on paper, then re-entering them at a desk to produce bid estimates. The process was slow, error-prone, and impossible to do accurately from a job site. A missed measurement on a federal contract meant rebidding work already quoted.

What we built

A mobile-first full-stack platform that lets field crews capture measurements, select materials from a live catalog, and generate accurate estimates in the truck — before they leave the site. The system handles multi-scope projects, role-based access for field vs. admin users, and exports print-ready PDFs for client submission.
